We accept several methods of payment for custom apparel:

-VISA, MasterCard & EFTPOS
-Personal and/or business cheques made out to Pixel Trophy Pty. Ltd.
-Direct Bank transfers

Yes. You are allowed to make revisions to your design(s) once you see the original concept, however the more revisions you make, the longer the process takes. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges and production delays. Changes can not be made after artwork has been approved. Please check all artwork details carefully. We will not be responsible for any mistakes once the artwork has been approved.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on your order total. Delivery charges are for Standard Road delivery. If you would like your order sent Express, please make comments in the Notes section.

We deliver Australia wide.

Our turn around time depends greatly on what you order. We order regularly from our suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders promptly, but if you are needing something in a really tight time frame, just contact us and we will do everything we can to make it happen.

Yes. Your tracking number should be on your emailed invoice that you received when your order was completed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch and we will forward it on to you.

Absolutely! Our showroom is open Monday-Friday, 9-5pm at 84, Howe Street, Osborne Park, WA, 6017.

Definitely! We can incorporate a business or club logo on every single medal and trophy that we do. All you have to do is select that option when you go to checkout.
